What you will own
- Maintain criteria packs for employment, merit-based, family and humanitarian classifications
- Track designated AAO decisions and policy manual revisions and assess product impact
- Curate and update the USCIS RFE database that the firm publishes free to cite
- Write the evidentiary guidance that ships inside the product
What we are looking for
- Law degree with demonstrated focus on US immigration, or 3+ years as an immigration paralegal
- Ability to read regulatory and precedential text closely and summarise it without losing precision
- Comfort working with adjudication datasets and defending a methodology
Nice to have
- AILA membership
- Prior experience drafting merit-based petitions
