RFE rate by visa category and by adjudicating service center, with the request reason where your team records it. Service centers vary measurably for the same petition shape.
Which engagements are actually profitable?
Fee minus assembly cost minus RFE response cost, per matter and per category. Some categories that feel lucrative are not, and some routine work is.
Your numbers stay yours.
A benchmarking product would be more marketable and we decided against building one. Firms filing petitions under an attorney's name should not have their outcome data pooled, even anonymously, and the value of a comparison against a synthetic peer group is not worth that trade.
