Delayed webhook delivery on the Filevine connector
A partner API rate-limit change caused webhook delivery for Filevine-triggered assemblies to queue. Assembly itself was unaffected; queued events were replayed in full. Connector backoff logic was adjusted the same day.

Elevated latency on packet assembly in the India region
A storage node in the India region degraded, raising median assembly time from 41 seconds to roughly four minutes for binders above 300 pages. No assemblies failed. Traffic was shifted and the node replaced.

Cover letter drafting unavailable
A failed deployment to the drafting service caused requests to error. Intake, mapping and assembly were unaffected throughout. The deployment was rolled back within 24 minutes and a pre-deploy smoke gate was added.
