Why the index is the right thing to review
Most RFE triggers are mechanical, not substantive.
Only about twelve percent of requests reflect genuine evidentiary insufficiency. The rest are assembly problems — and assembly problems are visible from the index.

What exactly do you need from us?
A draft exhibit index is enough on its own. If you want a deeper read, send a redacted packet — beneficiary name, A-number and any third-party identifiers removed. We never need unredacted client documents to do this review.
Who performs the review?
A member of our evidentiary research team, all of whom are qualified lawyers or experienced immigration paralegals. It is a human read against the criteria packs, not an automated score.
How long does it take?
Two business days for an index review. Four for a full packet. If you are filing sooner than that, say so in the message and we will tell you honestly whether we can be useful in time.
Is this legal advice?
No. The report identifies structural and documentary gaps against published USCIS standards and AAO precedent. It does not evaluate the merits of the petition, recommend a legal strategy, or create an attorney–client relationship. Every finding is for the attorney of record to weigh.
Is there a catch?
No card and no obligation. We do it because a firm that sees a real gap in its own index understands the product better than any demo can explain it. If the report finds nothing, we will say that too.
What happens to our documents afterwards?
They are deleted within thirty days of the report being sent, or immediately on request with a certificate of destruction. They are never used for model training, product development or benchmarking.
