Do we need to install anything?

No. Docket Build runs in the browser. If you want a connector configured during the demo, have a firm administrator available to authorise it — that takes under ten minutes.

Can we skip the demo and just try it?

Yes, and plenty of firms do. The 14-day free production trial is the full product on real matters with no card and no watermark. The demo is useful mainly for firms with an unusual matter structure or a specific compliance question.
